📦 Purchase and Delivery

How do I purchase and download my map?

All purchases are processed automatically by Tebex, FiveM's official partner for resource purchases. Once your payment is approved, the resource will be delivered immediately to the same CFX account used during checkout.

To access your purchase:

  • Access the CFX Portal
  • Click on Resources
  • Open Granted Assets

There you will find a complete list of your purchased resources.

Can I transfer a map to another account after purchase?

No. Once the purchase is completed, the resource is permanently linked to the account used during checkout and cannot be transferred to another account.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in cases of proven technical issues with our maps that:

  • Directly prevent proper use; and
  • Cannot be resolved through support.

Before any refund is considered, our team will always try to identify and resolve the issue.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Conflicts with third-party scripts, maps, or server-side modifications
  • Custom server configurations or resources outside our control
  • Change of mind after purchase

Our commitment is to deliver functional, optimized, and high-quality content, and provide reasonable support to ensure proper usage.

🛠️ Customization

Can you create custom maps?

No. We do not currently accept custom map requests.

Can I change the textures?

Yes. Textures of objects created or edited by us can be changed freely.

Can I change the logo?

Yes and no. If the logo is a texture, you can replace it in the map's .ytd file. If the logo is a 3D object, it cannot be changed due to encryption. If you want a different logo in this case, please open a ticket. We may be able to create a custom logo for you for an additional fee, depending on the request.

⚙️ Compatibility and Usage

Do I need a specific FiveM server version to use your maps?

We recommend using an updated server version to ensure the best compatibility and performance with our products.

Are your maps encrypted?

Yes. Our products are encrypted to protect assets and prevent unauthorized editing or redistribution.

Can your maps conflict with other maps?

Yes. Conflicts can occur, and this is normal. They can happen with maps from any creator when two or more assets use the same base game files.

Will the maps receive updates?

Yes. If updates are released for a product, they will be delivered to your CFX account.
